We are seeking an Inclusion Mentor to join our dedicated team.This role is crucial in supporting students who face barriers to learning, ensuring they receive a positive and inclusive educational experience that leads to quality outcomes.
The Inclusion Mentor will work under the direction of the centre Manager, focusing on students at risk of exclusion and assisting them in accessing personalised learning programmes.
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Horley by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
