SER are currently working alongside an SEN school based in the Medway Towns who are looking to appoint a Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Mentor to work along side the Mental Health & Wellbeing Team.
As a MHWS mentor you will working alongside the Mental Health & Wellbeing Lead supporting both students and their families.
In addition to this you will also be responsible for working with outside agencies, forging links and supporting the school with developing their approach and relative policies.
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support staff member to work with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health needs..
We are a school for students with SEMH needs, aged 11-16 and are seeking Behaviour Support mentor to start with us in September 2024.
The ideal candidate will be able to take a theraputic approach and have a strong willingness to work with and make a difference to the lives of vunerable and dissaffected young people, that can display challenging and volatile behaviours.
