Youth Mental Health Worker - Reading Teaching Assistant at Special School for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties Ages 5 to 11 Fantastic route for an aspiring Psychologist, Therapist or for someone looking to work in the Criminal Justice system A small specialist school for children aged 5 to 11 in Reading are looking for a Youth Mental Health Worker to support the social skills, emotional wellbeing and mental health of the students within their school. The school provide an alternative education for children who have social & emotional difficulties such as anxiety and school refusal due to developmental trauma and adverse childhood experiences, as well as specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyscalculia.
