Being a Support Worker with Protective Care Group is a meaningful and extremely important job.
You will be working directly with some of the most vulnerable, at risk young people in the UK and as part of a team, you'll help deliver a bespoke and tailor-made support plan.
We specialise in providing a level of support that local authorities are often unable to; support that makes a real difference to young people's quality of life and prospects.
We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers for children and young people, ready & able to assist with a varied load case, all with varied complexities.
Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the well-being of our Young People at heart.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to tenants to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.
The team works across both schemes and undertakes some outreach work to support individuals with a learning disability, some of whom have mental health needs.
You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
