Role Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, you will:
Shifts to cover: Weekday Full time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Night shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:45 PM to 9:15 AM Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Senior Support Worker you will be working as part of a Women's only division specialising in meeting the needs of individuals living with complex post traumatic stress disorder and/or personality disorder.
Your new role
The main focus is on the self management of risk and the maximisation of personal independence.
Opportunity available for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within an CMHT, Based in Bristol
The team sits within the Assessment and recovery team with the role predominately undertaking the full range of activities required to deliver on-going comprehensive mental health assessment for service users with severe and enduring mental health needs living in the community and in a range of settings.
As part of this role you be responsible for developing delivering and reviewing comprehensive and complex treatment programmes using appropriate frameworks in line with evidence- based practice, including strategies to manage risk for service users with complex needs and carers, bringing in other resources as required.
