Hunter Mental Health is currently working alongside a fantastic Adults CMHT service within a NHS Trust who are well known to consistently provide a wide range of social care services, health and mental health service in the Merseyside area.
The NHS Trust is one of the largest services providing physical health and mental health services in the Northwest, serving more than 11 million people.
They provide care for individuals across all age ranges and work closely with all specialists to ensure that our services are well-integrated and wide-ranging.
Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a company who provide support to individuals with a learning disability, autism or mental health diagnoses, they work with a person-centred approach, supporting people to live as independently as possible for them and to access the world around them.

Your role will include: -Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to service users -Maximising service user outcomes by working towards greater independence and social inclusion -Involving service users in decisions about the care and support they receive and their lives -Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent service that best meets the needs and preferences of service users
We are recruiting warm, person centred, and highly motivated individuals to work with people with learning disabilities in the St Helens area.
It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
