My client, a membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to their members, learners and prospective applicants for individual, course and consultancy accreditation.
Working Model: Working from home (UK) with co-working twice a month (Warwickshire) and quarterly team meetings
Basic Salary £70,000 plus benefits 28 days holiday plus Bank Holiday, 10% of salary contributed towards pension fund, Employee Assistance Programme Package.
Providing Membership Secretary with administrative support.
Maintaining the day-to-day administration of the Membership Department with particular respect to record keeping and liaising with member companies.
