Healthcare Assistant - Essential Requirements
Must have a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ/SVQ) Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent Healthcare related NVQ).
Are you an experienced Medical Notes / Records Summariser / equivalent?
Do you have experience carrying out Medical Note Summarising duties within a GP Surgery/Medical Practice or similar?
Can you summarise and read relevant code information from patient clinical records via a practice clinical record management system, preferably SystmOne?
Must be Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the NMC; hold a valid, in date Personal Identification Number (PIN); and not subject to any restrictions of practice.
