Reed Business Support in Cambridge are partnering with a highly reputable medical aesthetics and plastic surgery clinic who are looking for an Administrator to join their successful team at their Sawston practice. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Welcome visitors in a warm, empathetic, friendly manner and answer any questions they may have Be able to provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Offer administrative support throughout the business as required Update and maintain patient health records, including accurate filing of all patient files and any other associated documents Proofread and copy all patient letters for all patients and enter into correct hospital software, where required print all letters and ensure they're posted on the same day. Keep up to date with changes in medical and insurance legislation Holiday cover for other members of the team. Key Skills Required Experience in a similar medical sector role advantageous but not essential as training will be provided Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a confident, empathetic telephone manner. Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance Excellent interpersonal skills High degree of attention to detail Enjoy being part of a team Be able to handle a fast-paced and changing workload.
