We're looking to recruit a Senior Marketing and Communications Officer for a fixed term role, covering the current post holder's secondment to a project.
This role leads for marketing strategy and delivery for Prior Park, Bath Skyline and Bathampton Meadows within the Bath portfolio and works with two other senior Marketing and Communications officers in the team who cover Dyrham Park and Bath Assembly Rooms respectively.
Manage the Agency's profile and reputation on high profile, sensitive and day-to-day news and issues affecting the organisation and its remit confidently with the media and social media, responding to media enquiries as well as promoting, explaining and justifying its scientific expertise and wider contribution to public health and science nationally and globally.
Manage, implement and deliver effective news and issues management strategies at pace, developing and nurturing media and social media contacts, responding quickly and accurately to breaking or negative news stories to limit potentially damaging coverage and drive the Agency's reputation, evaluating outcomes and results.
The aim of the programme is to equip young people aged 18-29 with the skills, confidence, and ambition to pursue their goals of finding employment, apprenticeships or further education and training.
Barnardo's and Amazon have joined together to pilot a project which aims to support and transform the lives of young people who are not in education, employment, or training.
The pilot took place in Tilbury, Essex, and due to the success, we are developing further sites across the nation.
