The Role: JWE Media is now recruiting for a Media Sales Executive to add to an already successful and over-performing team. As a Media Sales Executive at JWE Media, you will be at the forefront of identifying and securing lucrative advertising opportunities for a diverse range of clients. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the sale of media space across various platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media. The successful candidate will have a professional and positive attitude and ideally will be interested in speaking to C-Suite decision makers about our services and opportunities. The successful candidate must have previous sales experience of at least 2 years and a general understanding of the advertising and marketing industry. As a Media Sales Executive your responsibilities will include: Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase market penetration. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their business objectives and propose tailored media solutions to meet their needs. Sales Execution: Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful campaign execution. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to guide sales strategies and product development. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, planning, and creative, to develop integrated media proposals that align with client objectives. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyse campaign results to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Minimum Requirements: 12 months B2B new business sales experience Desire to work and learn in an office environment Proven experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, or a similar role. Good understanding of the media landscape and advertising trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits of the Role: Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE commission. Media Field Sales Executive, Remote (West Midlands) NB: Recent/current media/advertising sales experience essential Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with a new and fast-growing UK media group. Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced Media Field Sales Executive to be responsible for selling Digital and Traditional Out of Home advertising space to the Local/Direct and Direct Agency market across the West Midlands region. The role: Lead Sourcing: You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads, booking your own sales appointments, and selling to businesses within your patch. You will work towards quarterly sales target. Attending Sales Meetings: You will be targeted with attending a set number of sales meetings each week. During these meetings you will gather information about the target business pertinent to their advertising needs. You will present the company's proposition in these meetings and be the face of the business in your territory. Negotiation: You will possess a good level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to negotiate and close sales. The person: Previous field sales and Media Sales experience is essential You will have a strong, demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook You will be comfortable creating professional sales presentations using MS PowerPoint and proficient with all aspects of MS Outlook including managing a business calendar, task list etc Well presented, professional and articulate. This is a client facing role and you will serve as a representative of the company brand. You will have a confident, well-spoken telephone manner and will always present yourself immaculately when meeting clients Ability to travel to patch with ease. You will be selling to businesses within a geographic territory, and it is vital that you can travel to the region.
