Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office. The Job Key responsibilities will include: Perform daily checks on key clients, and make changes to improve performance. Run regular reporting calls with clients, and feedback on any concerns. Build strategy roadmaps for clients, including new platform roll outs, technical changes & more. Raise tickets for any bugs within the platform, communicating the reproduction steps effectively to the product/tech team. Submit tasks to the tech backlog, and support in prioritising new features to the platform Manage, maintain and balance workload via online task tracking software. Work closely with more junior team members to support their development. You For the role of Senior Paid Media Account Executive, this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience: Hands-on experience with running campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
