The key role responsibilities are: Assist with producing engaging written and visual content for a wide variety of channels aimed at different audiences, including print material and digital channels. Write, edit and proof-read copy for corporate communication and marketing platforms, ensuring a consistent and audience-appropriate tone of voice, in line with brand guidelines. Assist with the creation and distribution of all-staff videos and presentations. Oversee social media content scheduling, ensuring that all marketing channels have consistent creativity and messaging. Develop a library of photography and videography that can be used for current and future corporate communications and marketing needs by ensuring content is captured as and when needed. Collaborate with the Communications, Marketing, and Engagement Manager to ensure that marketing, communications, and engagement tasks are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate quality print and website management with our preferred outsourced providers. Report on key metrics to show the success, or otherwise, of all campaigns (including social media engagement). Keep abreast of competitor activity and regularly report on this to the line manager. Support the Marketing, Strategic Development and Communications Manager in the delivery of their activities. Assist the Communications, Marketing, and Engagement Manager in implementing employee engagement strategies. Contribute ideas to the production of the Corporate Services Divisional Objectives. The successful candidate will represent a wide portfolio of packaging solutions and will execute sales across all units within the Group. They must also be willing to spend several nights away from home per month.
