We are looking for an experienced New Product Developer to join the NPD team of this fast paced and modern FMCG business in the Lancing area.
As a New Product Developer, you will be taking responsibility getting entire product ranges from ideation through to on the shelf with well known retailers including some licenced products that they work alongside.
You will be accountable for every step of the product development through negotiations, costings, 3D sampling, tooling and internal and licensor approvals.
