We're looking for a motivated and creative Digital Design Lead to join our boots.com Digital Experience team and develop best-in-class digital solutions, for our UK and ROI websites. This role would lead creative development for a Business Unit area, working with a team of designers, copywriters and UX specialists.You'll be a guardian of the Boots digital experience and ensure we are delivering digital-first, on-brand, market-leading, customer focused experiences. Your Responsibilities Develop customer-led digital design solutions for business unit category pages, ensuring adherence to BVI guidelines (Boots Visual Identity) within the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) templatesOwn the end to end process from brief through design creation, wireframing, build, testing, quality control, final page approvals and publishing to liveManage stakeholder relationships and approvals with internal teams and external agencies including Pharmacy, Legal, eCommerce, Operations, and Marketing teams and agenciesWork closely with the UX, eCommerce, and Insights teams to optimise the pages and AEM capabilities during and post activityDeputise for the Digital Design Manager as requiredWork with the Workflow Lead and workflow tool to manage your team's resource and monitor status.Responsible for the development of a team of Junior designers Our Ideal Candidate Digital UX/UI skills and experience of designing for an ecommerce siteProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop), and SketchCMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager would be ideal)Some HTML/CSS ability would be beneficialAbility to interpret design briefs, confidently share ideas with others, with customer 1st mindsetAbility to manage own and your team's time, prioritise work and meet deadlinesCollaborative stakeholder management and creative problem-solving skillsFlexibility, as out of hours' working will be requiredFormal graphic design qualification would be desirable What's in it for you?
