The maintenance team work a continental shift pattern.
The role is responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and services.
This is a multi-skilled role with an electrical bias working day shift.
Duties
React to breakdown situations, carry out fault finding activities and undertake the timely repair of equipment including PLC's, electric drives, robotics, pneumatics and screwdrivers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with experience in high-volume manufacturing to work for a globally recognised and profitable business.
The manufacturing plant has seen extensive investment in automation, new equipment and the training/development of the Maintenance Technicians, to continue to deliver a high-quality product to a global customer base.
Working on a 2-shift pattern (earlies and lates) with a competitive salary up to £45,000.
Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities on automated production facilities.
Carry out fault-finding activities and undertake timely repair of equipment of Robotics, PLC's, Electrical Control Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics and spot-welding equipment.
General
To provide breakdown support to Assembly areas to maintain maximum facility efficiency and uptime, carry out improvements and preventative maintenance on equipment.
