Ideally someone who is qualified at HND or Degree level and has extensive construction or building services experience who can take a project from feasibility through to completion including the technical design and specification of the mechanical aspects of the project for example replacing commercial Gas Boilers with Air Source Heat Pumps or design large ventilation systems for commercial office environments then managing the project delivery.
