Key Responsibilities
Develop and test polymer syntheses and formulations, progressing from laboratory scale to coating line trials and full-scale plant production.
General
This is a full-time, position focused on a variety of tasks, including small-scale development, pilot-scale polymer synthesis, full-scale manufacturing trials, and product performance testing.
The R & D Chemist will be reporting to the Lead Scientist and collaborate closely with other team members and providing technical support.
Direct and lead a group comprising scientists and technicians providing expertise and services in: technical support and complaint resolution; pack testing and materials qualification; analytical services, microbiology and hygiene testing.
As a scientist or engineer, you'll engage in theoretical studies, design tasks, and practical experiments, contributing to innovative technology development!
