Your new role As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client's services to our target audiences. Responsibilities include: Developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, focusing on Google PPC across search and display to achieve targeted goals within allocated budgets. Conduct keyword research and analysis. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI. Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics to generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations. Implement and manage Google Tag Manager to track website conversions and enhance data accuracy. Provide regular performance updates and reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. Create engaging content for various channels, including website copy and landing pages. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Maintain strong relationships with external partners e.g. advertising agencies, to leverage expertise and resources when required. What you'll need to succeed Degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are beneficial. Proven Marketing Manager experience. Expertise in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, specifically Google PPC. Solid knowledge of other digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling marketing content. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative marketing solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth. What you'll get in return Base salary of £35,000 per annum (£45,000 OTE), 4 day week, plus excellent benefits including healthcare, social events and learning and development opportunties.
