The role: Oversight of all our online and offline Marketing outputs with our customers and prospects to increase brand awareness and their understanding of our entire product offerings, as we implement our strategic growth plan. Distribution of promotional material and all other Marketing collateral, responding to customers' queries and comments on social media and networking during Marketing events. The overall aim is to identify, support, and build long-term relationships with our target audiences. Overall, the role is the voice of our brand to reinforce our values, stress our capabilities, underpin the efforts of our Sales teams to underline our reputation with our existing customers and attract new ones. What are we looking for in you? A proven work track record in Marketing in a similar role, and likely to be Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Although a manufacturing background is not a prerequisite, B2B experience is a definite preference to a B2C background You may already be operating at this level, or a Marketing Executive looking to step up to this level of responsibility in a high growth business. Hands-on experience with web content management tools, proficiency in MS Office, previous experience with marketing campaigns on social media, are all advantages. Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills with colleagues at all levels within a business, up to and including the Senior Management Team.
