Reporting to the Head of Marketing as our As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing on our marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will include a mixture of marketing management (we already have a team of 5) and execution. You have a strong grasp of marketing funnels and how to make them work for a business. You have a analytical mindset and love to get stuck in and make a difference. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will closely with the Head of Marketing to understand and execute Uniadmissions marketing plans and strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Take overall responsibility for lead generation for UniAdmissions. Managing the existing marketing team, including managing tasks and providing effective feedback, to ensure we are aligned across all channels whilst maximising performance. Providing mentoring to the marketing team. Monitor, report on and analyse the performance of marketing and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage the execution of marketing projects. Supporting the team on execution for their channels as needed. Work with the Sales Manager to align marketing efforts with sales. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, SEM. Strong understanding of GoogleAnalytics for performance analysis. Strong knowledge of Wordpress. You are tech-savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and communication skills. Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually appealing content.Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP. Your new role Plan and deliver dedicated degree apprenticeship campaigns that engage their target audiences to build positive brand awareness and generate leads, in line with the university's objectives.
