Role: Marketing Manager Location: West London Job Type: Full-time 9:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri) Salary: £35,000-£45,000 We are seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering the marketing strategy to support our growth ambitions in the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Country Manager, this role is ideal for a passionate marketer who is results-focused and has a strong understanding of ROI and tracking metrics. Responsibilities: Plan and implement offline/online marketing strategies and campaigns to support B2B and B2C activities, meeting key KPIs of Revenue and Brand. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media management, to enhance brand awareness and achieve digital targets. Generate and manage social media plans and campaigns to increase brand presence and followers. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activities and materials are on-brand and delivered on time. Collaborate with internal/external partners to create and manage a range of content and marketing assets tailored to market segments. Organise events, including exhibitions, speaker opportunities, and webinars/podcasts. Contribute to projects improving the design, usability, and functionality of the company website and mobile app, including content updates. Manage relationships with internal and external parties for campaign deployment. Align general marketing activities with sales strategy and business development. Research products and market trends, presenting ideas for enhancement. Manage budgets, including allocation, reporting, and ROI tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a varied B2B and B2C marketing role. Strong experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing is essential. Proficient understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends. Proven track record in content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting on campaigns. Experience in database and customer-centric marketing. Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing techniques.
