Description As the Marketing Manager you will have the following responsibilities: Translate and implement strategy set by senior management into a clearly defined multi-channel actionable plan with clear objectives, measurement KPIs & time frames for each activity Continuous oversight of marketing mix and product roadmap with holistic understanding of how to influence and improve positioning Support and execute content creation (written and design) across all channels (digital/brand/event) touch points Work with senior management to continuously improve, monitor and enhance channel performance Understand the business plan and report for management meetings so new opportunities can be identified Collate channel performance and metrics for weekly/monthly/quarterly progress review and updates Work with all stakeholders to help continually improve and elevate the company experience with new and existing customers across all touch points - both internal and external. Profile The successful Marketing Manager will have the following: Multi-channel marketing experience - ideally with B2B audience Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative technical, graphic design and analytical skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Effective planning and organisational skills First class attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team. Job Offer The successful candidate will receive a package of £40,000 per annum. Marlow based - hybrid (2/3 days office).
