If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Communications and Marketing Officer to join our client's dynamic team for 3 months. Key Responsibilities: As a Communications and Marketing Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication of relevant corporate information to staff, tenants, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Providing clear and concise communication of corporate information to various audiences. Updating brand guidelines and creating templates to support the consistent use of the corporate brand. Writing engaging copy for various platforms, including the Saffron website, intranet, and tenant newsletter/e-news. Identifying positive news story opportunities and leveraging them to enhance brand visibility. Maintaining and moderating information and user engagement channels, including the staff intranet, MS Teams, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Conducting research, planning, and implementing a range of events, including staff activities, staff conferences, and development launches. Producing high-quality digital content, including videos (filming and editing) and creative materials such as posters and graphics. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
