An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
These full-time and part-time temporary roles are working for a high-profile employer in an extremely varied administrative and extensive customer service-related role within the Social Media Department.
The social media team are responsible for responding to comments on various social media platforms.
We are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to join the team starting the 24th June.
The role involves providing first-time solutions for customers via telephone and email, ensuring excellent quality of service within agreed handling times.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in a contact centre and comfortable in a multi-screen environment.
