The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and developing the business. This role is perfect for someone with strong business development and marketing experience. Day-to-day of the role as a Sales and Marketing Manager: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. Collaborate with other teams, like management and hospitality staff, to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Required Skills Proven sales and marketing managerial experience in the manufacturing / engineering industry. Experience of developing and delivering creative marketing strategies through existing business as well as new prospecting business. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
