Reporting to the Head of Marketing as our As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing on our marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will include a mixture of marketing management (we already have a team of 5) and execution. You have a strong grasp of marketing funnels and how to make them work for a business. You have a analytical mindset and love to get stuck in and make a difference. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will closely with the Head of Marketing to understand and execute Uniadmissions marketing plans and strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Take overall responsibility for lead generation for UniAdmissions. Managing the existing marketing team, including managing tasks and providing effective feedback, to ensure we are aligned across all channels whilst maximising performance. Providing mentoring to the marketing team. Monitor, report on and analyse the performance of marketing and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage the execution of marketing projects. Supporting the team on execution for their channels as needed. Work with the Sales Manager to align marketing efforts with sales. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, SEM. Strong understanding of GoogleAnalytics for performance analysis. Strong knowledge of Wordpress. You are tech-savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and communication skills. Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually appealing content.Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. What's in it for you? Reporting to the Head of Marketing as our Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement and conversions, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising the online presence of our education-oriented services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive mark on a rapidly growing company, with great scope for progression up the company ranks. You'll be given almost complete freedom on your work schedule although all our consultants consistently work some evenings & weekends to achieve their targets. You will get comprehensive sales training and be able to work from home to reduce travel time expenses. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will take overall responsibility for all email marketing activities for the business. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and executing compelling email campaigns for three distinct brands. Managing and enhancing email automations to streamline communication. Developing and evolving our email marketing strategy to drive measurable results. Crafting persuasive copy that resonates with our diverse audience across all email communications. Conducting A/B testing on campaigns to identify successful strategies and boost conversion rates. Monitor and analyse email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Utilising your graphic design skills to produce eye-catching lead magnets, documents, and visually appealing email designs. Implementing intelligent email automation to generate authentic customer reviews at strategic touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align email marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continually improve campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights on email campaign performance to stakeholders. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing. Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP. Functional understanding of Google Analytics for performance analysis.
