As a Marketing and Research Intern, you will be part of a world class team on a mission to create a life tool that enables every human to take back control of their own potential. A three-month ?? Responsibilities Get ready to join the production team and manage your own talent sourcing projects, beta management and onboarding, plus: Research (market, consumer). Outreach to new users of the app. Beta acquisition and onboarding. Searching for potential breathwork coaches for the company to onboard and put through their training program, ready for their official app launch. Managing timelines, schedules, Identifying future ambassadors for brand partnerships and future marketing activity. ? About you We are looking for a hardworking individual that ideally has explored areas within the wellbeing space for themselves and should be comfortable with the following: Able to work from home autonomously, with someone remotely to support at any time. Key attention to detail. Confident communicating professionally across a fast-paced business and reaching out to new users of the app. Proficient in managing timelines and schedules, cross-functional processes, and handling ad hoc tasks. Able to research and present findings clearly and articulately. Excited to join a product pre-launch! Nice-to-haves An appreciation for fitness and wellness. Commercial awareness, understanding of who the client's consumer could be. On top of social trends, with an emphasis within the wellbeing, music and fitness space. Social media experience, especially across major platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (beneficial, yet not essential!). Our successful, established and growing client have a new and very exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join their team in Bristol. This is a full time, permanent position, where you will perform a pivotal marketing role for the group. The working hours are Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 5.00 pm and Friday 09.00 - 3.00 pm. Whilst initially you will be based more in the office, there is flexibility to work generally 1 - 2 days in the office. The salary on offer is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience), holidays are 28 days plus Bank Holidays (3 days to be reserved for the Christmas period). Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximise ROI and achieve desired outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts. Skills Required Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and content creation. Marketing experience within the packaging sector is desirable but not essential Commercially driven with a track record of delivering ROI on marketing activities. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and email marketing software. Self-starter with the ability to generate ideas, prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
