Junior Paid Social and Display Assistant required for our marketing clients Colchester office. In your role of Junior Paid Social and display assistant you will research, plan and implement strategies for effective paid media campaigns. This may include the set up and ongoing management paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, attending customer meetings and formulating marketing strategies to meet the clients' objectives. The objective in your role of Junior Paid Social and display assistant is to deliver the highest level of service to our clients and maximise return on their marketing budgets. The Role Set up and manage paid media campaigns for a range of clients across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter Creation of ad copy and ad assets Grow and develop existing campaigns using all the tools available Website analytics and analysis - providing customer insights and recommendations as well as tagging websites for tracking and conversions with various tools (GA, GTM, GCM etc) Management of organic pages including post creation, scheduling and community management Monitor campaigns, optimising where necessary and produce weekly/monthly reports Working with Account Managers to manage client communications on a daily basis, ensuring their complete satisfaction with the service provide Analysis of industry issues and make recommendations based on this analysis Continually look at ways to improve efficiency and productivity within the digital marketing teams Flexible start time (7:45am - 16:30pm or 8:45am - 17:30pm) with a early finish on Fridays - 3:30pm The Person Ideally graduate at least 1 year experience of developing and managing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn Experience in writing copy and creating assets Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs Must possess strong communication and liaison skills - both written and verbal Proven experience of successfully setting up and running display media campaigns, especially within programmatic Knowledge of trafficking display creative through ad servers like DoubleClick Ideally experience and/or knowledge of implementing and using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager The Benefits Competitive salary £25-£30k doe Exciting social side you can look forward to regular company-organised events.
