Marketing Communications Executive WEYBRIDGE £25,000 - £30,000 About the role: Our client is looking for a digital-savvy Marketing Communications Executive to take control of the company's online voice, manage interactions between community members and keep their online community engaged and growing. The Marketing Communications Executive is highly personable, and someone who enjoys customer and prospect interactions, and using investigative conversations to build strong relationships. Natural curiosity and an appetite for knowledge are important motivators for this role. Highly organised, and process driven, the Community Manager will view the growing value of the community itself as the driver for succeeding in the role. Main duties will include: Create and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing objectives Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams in order to contribute to a multi-channel, integrated strategy and to ensure coherent messaging Serve as a point of contact for the company's social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forum and blog Liaise with Product Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and make recommendations on how they can help to reach business goals Candidate requirements: Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing an email newsletter) Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills Hands on experience with social media management Proficiency in Hootsuite, Hubspot, Sprout Social, or similar programs to efficiently manage multiple social media postings and networks are an advantage Proficiency in Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of social media outreach is an advantage Knowledge of online marketing Attention to detail and ability to multitask Please note if you have not been contacted by Plum Personnel within seven days then unfortunately on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
