The Role: Our External and Digital Engagement team is looking for an experienced individual to lead the way in process, compliance & delivery for our marketing strategic projects. This is a unique opportunity to deliver projects that ensure SFE achieves its business goals and it's charitable aims Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will provide project management expertise to lead both internal and external teams across various technical and business disciplines. You will oversee marketing strategic projects, including campaigns, through all stages of the project lifecycle. This includes creating detailed plans and documentation, such as process mapping of the current 'As is' processes. This role serves as a critical link between our marketing department and stakeholders across the business who contribute to the marketing project portfolio. Consequently, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, up to Director level, setting expectations for the support needed to ensure the successful delivery of project scope and benefits. About You You will be an experienced project manager; you do not need to come from a marketing background; although this would be beneficial, but you do need to be able to cope with varying levels of ambiguity. You will be able to integrate agile delivery within a standard project framework and you will have the capability to establish & sustain effective professional relationships at all levels with a focus on service delivery.
