Keyholder Responsibilities If you're over 18, you'll joinas a keyholder. Our Retail Sales Assistants support our Store Management team to keep the stores running like clockwork by opening, closing, and running the store when needed, (holidays, days off, sickness etc), but don't worry we'll train you to do this. Thereare alot of valuable skills to learn here that will benefit you in the future. You'll also receive our additional keyholding pay enhancement when holding keys. Under 18? That's cool.If you're under 18, you won't be able to complete keyholding duties just yet, but whenyou reach your 18th birthday, we'll get you set up fortraining so that you canearn the additional keyholding pay enhancement when on keyholder duties. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will closely with the Head of Marketing to understand and execute Uniadmissions marketing plans and strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Take overall responsibility for lead generation for UniAdmissions. Managing the existing marketing team, including managing tasks and providing effective feedback, to ensure we are aligned across all channels whilst maximising performance. Providing mentoring to the marketing team. Monitor, report on and analyse the performance of marketing and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage the execution of marketing projects. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, SEM. Strong understanding of GoogleAnalytics for performance analysis. Strong knowledge of Wordpress. You are tech-savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and communication skills. Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually appealing content.Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP.
