Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Track and report on after sales performance metrics. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Ensure the accurate processing of customer's amendments and cancellations. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company's products and services. Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and uniform service. Engage in continuous learning and development activities. Profile A successful Aftersales Advisor should have: Proven customer service skills, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
