The successful applicant will need to be a driver with a car due to location. The role is to be working closely with both Working with the Marketing and Sales Administration Co-Ordinator and the marketing manager: Job responsibilities Compile and distributing information such as website and social media analytics Monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and responding to messages Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns Writing marketing material to be used across the website, socials and external Organising presentations and events Assisting with promotional activities Liaising with customers/external agencies Helping to organise market research (Interns) Managing CRM HubSpot system Completing market research projects for BRM, CCS and FBI sales teams Direct marketing campaigns Telephone research Sending information to and following up leads from exhibitions Pass marketing qualified leads to appropriate sales team for processing through enquiry system Helping to develop and write the annual marketing plan Supporting Distributors with marketing material for promotional activities Other administrative duties such as minute taking and report collation. The successful candidate; Understanding of the Hubspot CRM system is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided Experience using Google Analytics an advantage but isn't necessary Enjoys working as part of a team and able to confidently contribute and implement recommendations and strategies Demonstrable Photoshop skills.
