Our client is a leader in marketing, communications & printing, and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to strengthen their Client Services Team and looking for an Account Manager The Account Manager will be joining a successful Client Services Team, and be responsible for the management and delivery of all client requirements. This is a hybrid role , with visits to the office once per week. Key responsibilities for the Account Manager will include: Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders, in order to manage expectations and ensure value added service provision Establish and maintain tactical relationships with clients, applying a commercial and value-added approach to client briefings Manage end to end production workflow including associated communications with client, internal stakeholders Support preparation for client contract review meetings and client development opportunities Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines Delivers business and account objectives via business processes and systems What we are looking for in the Account Manager : Ability to take client briefs and change requests via face to face or by email and manage client projects from brief through to production Understand Data, Transactional and Direct Mail production as well as an understanding of Downstream Access and Retail Postal Services. Marketing Account Manager Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid Salary: Negotiable We are seeking an experienced marketing account manager leading to recruit to join a leading creative and digital agency, working with a broad mix of b2b and b2c clients. To manage the day-to-day relationships of your clients to deliver excellent marketing strategies and services to brief with guidance from the Account Director. To support the delivery of projects of client accounts within your remit, in collaboration with stakeholders within the agency; from initial brief through to final campaign planning, execution, reporting and evaluation. You will be expected to support the Account Director in growing your accounts year on year, ensuring we execute successful campaigns to our clients on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Work with agency colleagues to devise solutions that meet the client's marketing brief and budget. Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements Work with the Account Director on the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies. Work with studio to manage projects from conception to completion Proof reading copy Manage client amends and challenges Handle budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients Ensuring the work in progress financial trackers are kept up to date on a weekly basis. Managing the full spectrum of projects To be successful in this role you will need to have: 3-5 years experience within a marketing / digital / creative / media / PR / integrated agency Passion for working within the full breadth of marketing mediums including print and digital advertising, media planning, exhibitions, traditional print and dmail, social media, trade marketing, and point of sale Willingness to get your hands dirty and handle pressure in this fast-paced agency.
