The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working as part of the Engineering team the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the translation of customer requirements and specifications into ERP routings and manufacturing plans, fulfilling customer quality and technical specifications in the most cost-effective manner, and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be
Responsible for the effective and efficient design, development and introduction of new equipment and production processes.
Creating & Innovating: thinks broadly and creatively to produce machinery and process definitions and specifications which are aligned to the needs of Operations for new/existing process or product and/or change requirements; creates concepts either internally or in conjunction with machinery suppliers for new processes that support the technology strategy; commissions equipment with UK and overseas machine suppliers ensuring new equipment meets legislative HSE regulations.
