As a Manufacturing Engineer within the unit & missile assembly manufacturing facility your focus will be to ensure that our products are built efficiently and to budget.

World Class Defence Organisation based in Bolton is currently looking to recruit 4x Manufacturing Engineer subcontractors on an initial 12 month contract.
Contract Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Engineer to join the Non Conformance team providing support to the Manufacturing teams in the UK
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Performance Objectives
To support the manufacturing process by responding effectively to equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled maintenance work and being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults.
A great opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical design engineer to join the team in Bolton to support production activities and act as an interface between the design teams in Stevenage and manufacturing in Bolton
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
The successful candidate will provide engineering technical support to the site manufacturing operation, delivering optimum plant reliability and performance through effective preventative maintenance, on aspects of the equipment and plant on site.
You may also be required to assist in installing and upgrading new and existing equipment and services.
Main responsibilities
Responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment and plants on site.
