About the role as a Registered Manager: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our client's team to oversee the operations of their home for mental health service users. As a Registered Manager you will be a qualified RMN or RGN with a live PIN and play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment for their residents. Key Responsibilities as a Registered Manager: Lead and manage all aspects of the residential home, including staffing, care provision, and facilities management. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centered care. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and legislation, including CQC requirements, health and safety regulations, and safeguarding procedures. Qualifications and Experience as a Registered Manager: MUST be RMN or RGN Qualified Previous experience in a managerial role within a CQC care home setting Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care, with a commitment to upholding standards of excellence. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a genuine commitment to promoting the dignity, independence, and well-being of residents.
