In this role, you will support the Visual Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
You will play a key role in ensuring our store displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively showcase our products.
Purpose: The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the Merchandising team to ensure all product launches adhere to our Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across all stores in the UK & IRE.
The manager will ensure the correct launch materials are in-store and resolve any issues by liaising directly with supply.
This role involves managing product launches across two axes (Makeup, Skincare), maintaining up-to-date launch planning spreadsheets, and overseeing our counter master plan (CMP) which records all fixtures within our stores.
