This role is responsible for the delivery of our National Advice Line and Connect & Support Services.
Age UK is currently recruiting for an exciting new position within the charity, Head of Advice & Support Services on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
These vital services support our new strategic ambition of tackling poverty and reducing inequalities in older people through the successful delivery of information, advice and accessibility of benefits older people are entitled to.
Organise venues for meetings, on behalf of the Directors, as necessary, together with any required resources
Participate in suitable staff development, appraisal and training opportunities, as appropriate, including planning, seeking and maintaining personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and mandatory training requirements.
Venn Group are currently partnered with a healthcare organisation in the North Yorkshire area who urgently require a fulltime Personal Assistant on a contract basis.
