With 45 covers in the restaurant and the bar seating around 20, the restaurant currently offers a dinner service only. As the General Manager, you will be Responsible for the day to day running and management of the business including financials and budget control Leading, managing and inspiring the team as well as recruiting and developing Ensuring a high standard of customer service and experience is offered to every customer Working closely with the owners to drive and evolve the business Restaurant opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 5.30pm - 11pm/11.30pm Our ideal candidate would Have a minimum of 3 years at General Manager level within a high quality restaurant Ideally have Michelin or rosette restaurant experience Have strong financial acumen and able to produce reports, cost control and manage budget Have exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation Be an inspirational leader who can develop and support their team Have excellent communication and organizational skills Thrive in a fast paced environment, keeping calm and level headed Demonstrate level headed thinking with the ability to problem solve Interested?
