Job Title: Retail Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for comprehensive management of store affairs, including but not limited to product selection and procurement, supermarket system management, inventory management, marketing and supermarket event planning, shelf management, staff management, and sales growth-related internal store management tasks. Ensure smooth operation of the store, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate and guide staff, maintain team enthusiasm and work efficiency. Ensure that store safety and hygiene standards meet requirements. Requirements: Deep understanding of the retail industry and relevant work experience, familiarity with Asian products, and experience in product selection and procurement. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese/English/Malay, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, able to effectively communicate with diverse customers. Diligent and responsible at work, passionate about work, able to take on the leadership responsibility of a store manager. Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to effectively manage and motivate teams, solve problems, and respond to emergencies. Occasionally required to work on weekends, need to have flexible work schedule arrangements, and ability to handle pressure. 6. Must hold a valid visa for one year or more. Branch Manager Full-time. Permanent. A challenging role to provide Branch leadership to meet agreed company objectives and targets. Great package inc car/allowance. Responsibilities: The following is typical of the duties the post holder will be expected to perform. It is not necessarily exhaustive and other duties of a similar nature and level may be required from time to time. As Branch Manager (BM) you are responsible for ensuring that you achieve branch targets and branch income and that your team members achieve their individual targets. Experience in carrying out Market Appraisals is desirable. Branch Targets These will be given to you on a quarterly basis and it is your responsibility to ensure they are achieved via management of your Sales & Lettings Advisors to achieve the required level of business. Branch targets need to be achieved by careful monitoring of staff performance. Any training/coaching needs are to be addressed promptly. As a BM you are responsible for organising any training required and offering on the spot coaching as necessary. Individual Targets and Minimum Standards You will be required to manage the Sales & Lettings Advisor activities to ensure they meet their targets in Gross Sales, Gross Lets, Market Appraisals, Financial Services and CWM. You are also required to encourage Auction Referrals, Removal Referrals, Survey Referrals and Reviews. As BM you must ensure your team is at work on time and ready for the Morning Meeting at 9am. As BM you are responsible for ensuring that minimum standards are achieved and policies followed in relation to: Applicant registrations Booking an MA Daily Sales MA Follow up system including cancelled MAs Rental Listings Followed up Hot calling carried out and correctly recorded Booking Viewings and Viewing Feedback Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed Vendor reviews to ensure up to date photography and pricing Price Reductions Withdrawals Pipelines and Sales Progression.
