Opportunity exists for a Regional Manager to join a loss adjusting operation within their Subsidence Services Division. Although based at home, you will be required to work periodically from regional offices, plus undertaking occasional client and customer visits as required. You will be responsible for managing a team of approx. ten surveyors who handle subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery of teams performance and complaint resolution. You will be able to take on instructions from internal managers and external clients, self-managing to conclusion. You will have client responsibilities acting as headliner for chosen clients. About you: Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience within subsidence claims and also must be Chartered with either MCIOB, MRICS, MICE or MIstructE. You must have excellent communication and management skills and the ability to manage the teams performance and drive results and achieve targets.

Guaranteeing the service meets and complies with all regulatory and statutory requirements as a minimum. Delivering the service to meet all contractual standards of placing authorities and where possible exceed the standards. Supporting and directly line managing the team with delegated responsibility to the Home's senior management team. Establishing that efficient and effective administrative and electronic systems are in place and being used to meet obligations for recording and reporting to comply with standards. Certifying that the service performs within budget and at a level to achieve the highest Ofsted inspection rating, supporting a programme of continuous business improvement. We're looking for a Registered Manager with the following essential experience: Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children. Extensive experience in a relevant residential childcare position. Would consider someone from a social services background child protection. Previous experience in a supervisory and managerial role. NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce. LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
