Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll inspire, manage and develop a small store team, driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. No two days are the same, one minute you could be getting creative, the next helping with our traders. Lifting tiles is part of the job as is putting away deliveries! You've worked in retail, you've led teams and you can show us where you've exceeded sales and profit targets. You do everything you can to help your team members, coaching them, supporting them, sharing advice and knowledge.
