As a member of the Hotel Management Team, you will lead the kitchen function to achieve the highest standards of food production.
The Head Chef position is Full Time, Contracted 40 Hours a Week (5 days out of 7 days)

You will work with both the Restaurant Manager and GM to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment.
To also assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen team making sure you provide outstanding food experiences.
