In this role, you will operate across all disciplines of Office Management including but not limited to; day to day Office Management, Health & Safety, payroll administration, Board and Leadership team travel and meeting scheduling and onboarding of new employees.
The successful candidate will be confident dealing with senior level employees.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven, motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our client's team in Maidenhead.
Our client has lovely offices in Maidenhead, working in a friendly team you will take responsibility for Document Management, overseeing the storage, categorisation and retrieval of both electronic and physical documents to ensure easy access and traceability.
Organised and happy to work with other departments to help them understand the compliance of document control, creating guides where helpful.
You will ideally have experience of Document Control, a knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of commercial deadlines.
