Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our Adviser Academy Programme, as well as oversee all training and development needs across the advisory team.
This role is critical to ensuring that our aspiring advisers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications necessary to deliver exceptional financial planning services and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include managing technical change requests, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and liaising with senior engineers and partners for more complex matters.
As a Managed Service Desk Engineer (T1), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers utilising cloud-based IP telephony solutions.
The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost effective management of the warehouse operations.
It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

Evaluating potential threats to the business, encompassing physical security and cyber threats, and conducting assessments on vulnerabilities and impact analysis to establish exposure to these risks, and using this information to create mitigation strategies.
Developing business continuity plans, to support the continuation of operations after a disruptive event, and ensure these are tested regularly and that business impact analysis is undertaken to support recovery strategies.
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:.
Monitoring the compliance with policies, procedures and requirements, governing the implementing of the TPRM Framework and policies including ones relating to onboarding and offboarding, whilst also supporting the development of exit plans for the potential needs in cases of contract termination.
Undertaking thorough risk assessments and checks on third-party vendors and suppliers and identifying potential data privacy, cybersecurity or financial health related risks and determine the impact of these risks on the business.
