An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Property & Asset Management team in Oxford, for a driven individual to join the team as an administrator.
The post holder will take ownership of all relevant administrative duties, working alongside the property and asset management team providing efficient, high level support, including management of health and safety compliance, invoicing and client management, anti-money laundering checks and other compliance due diligence, call handling, typing and preparation of communications and documents, maintenance of file systems, diary management and other administrative duties as required.

The Systems Administrator will have proven expertise in managing an Integrated Management System (IMS) in terms of building, developing, and monitoring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our IMS, which integrates quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001) systems.
