Job - Management Accounatnt Location - Noth London Salary - up to £50k A well established client based in North London of ours is growing year on year and are looking to expand their Finance team by hiring a progressive Management Accountant. The aspiring Management Accountant will be responsible for a business critial role with direct responsibility for multiple p&L's and report directly into the FC. The role will be perfectly balanced between a tradional Management accounts role and one that is adaptive around business needs as the company grows. The Client who is a well know brand within retail have built a reputation with their clients and customers for providing a top tier service and products. The role: Timely and accurate production of Management Accounts Support the reporting of consolodate Management Accounts Implementing new process' Support external Audits Preparation of Anual Budgets Payroll reconciliation Ad-hoc support to the FC & FD What the client is looking for: Previous experience with Managmenet Accounts Ideally studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA - although candidates who are QBE will be considered High attention to detail Ability to work accuratley and meet multiple dealines A willingness to learn and progress The offer: Paying up to £50k Hybrid Parking Bonus Have existing experience of leading accurate and timely production of Management Accounts, for all the two major Group Companies producing reporting packs with commentary. Lead accurate and timely production of Management Accounts, for all the eleven minor Group Companies producing reporting packs with commentary. Support the reporting of monthly consolidated management accounts to the Group's lenders. Identify and implement continuous improvement of the Management Accounts process. Preparation of schedules to support External Audit process. Preparation of data used in the Annual Budget process. Lead preparation of the Payroll Reconciliation. Attend stocktakes and review and report on Stock Taking and Stock Variances. Working closely with Regional Directors, Branch Managers and other support colleagues to deliver a best-in-class finance function. Provide training on Sales Analysis and Management Accounts to colleagues operating in our Branch Network. Onboarding the management accounts for any newly acquired businesses. Reviewing the Chart of Accounts Maintenance in ERP system. Support production of information in the ERP system and associated softwares. Other Ad hoc reporting / tasks, requested by the team.
