The role and expectations for PCV Fitters: Being responsible for undertaking vehicle maintenance, servicing and ongoing repair of a varied fleet of buses and coaches. Prompt and thorough repair of all defective vehicles to the highest standard. Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with DVSA best practice and to company standards. Work to the highest health and safety standards. Person Specification: You can work safely to pre-set standards and guidelines. Business Development Manager Role Overview Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lewes, East Sussex (hybrid) Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) quarterly performance-related bonus The Business Development Manager works closely with the Sales team to identify and create new opportunities in the global market. This can be through our client's existing customers by enhancing their solutions and expanding the total sales packages they offer or through new customers either geographically or in new vertical segments and applications. The role will focus on growing the company's business with security solutions that deliver end customer value whilst also being technically viable and profitable for our client. This is a great opportunity to be an integral member of the Sales team in supporting the growth of the business by providing market intelligence, identifying and attacking new opportunities and supporting the Bid team with quality bids in peak periods. The role requires an emphasis on understanding the best fit-for-purpose solutions for organisations operating across the Transportation / Rail Infrastructure, Rail Rolling Stock, Tunnel and Airport sectors.
